Hi!
I'm using the Community Edition and finally upgraded today to 2.11.1 from 2.10.something.
I tried to make the analytics module build / gather data for the first time and it has been updating the stats now since my first server restart 9 hours ago.
Is that normal? How long should I be waiting? I don't think I have too many logs as the server mostly should contain test data since I installed it in November of last year. The currently live game is a little more than 1 month old with about 5 CC and about 80 new registrations per day.
Thanks and cheers

Question on the Analytics Module
Re: Question on the Analytics Module
There's a chance an error occurred while the logs were parsed.
First of all you should check the /logs/statsParser.log file, which may contain useful information.
If this is not enough you could check the main SFS logs around the time you started the data gathering.
Another option is to delete the stats database (if it was ever created) and restart by launching the process using the terminal, so you have a direct feedback on the results.
In order to do this:
- Stop SFS2X
- Delete the /data/statsdb folder
- Open a terminal window on the main SFS folder (SFS2X)
- Run this command:
The parameter (true) means that the stats db should be rebuilt.
If an error occurs, please report the full output.
If not, then you can restart SFS and go to the AdminTool's Analytics module. Now you should be able to display the collected data.
Let us know your findings.
