What I don't understand is how a wrong number is acceptable in your code. If the number is meaningful, then you would end up having a different value on different clients (flat/unity vs html5). If the number is not meaningful, then you should change your code generating it. Changing the error to war...

I suppose you have a bug in your PROXIMITY_LIST_UPDATE event listener.
Maybe it is just a matter of GameObject ID in the scene? If all the object you create have the same name, there's a chance that the camera follows the last one you created.

We strongly recommend that you move to SmartFoxServer 2X v2.13 and the new JavaScript API.
